Recognising the need for supporting the food processing industry in the development of food safety and hygiene skills, it has curated on member of training programs included those mandated by the Food Safety & Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).

FICSI conducts the training in both online and physical modes. It has also developed several modules that are available in the eLearning format.
